These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Train BJJ mobile application (the "App") operated by Super Core Solutions LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:
The App uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
The App offers optional premium subscriptions with the following terms:
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including training sessions, techniques, notes, and other data. By using social features, you grant us a limited license to display your shared content (such as social feed posts, reactions, and comments) to other users in accordance with your privacy settings.

The App includes optional social features such as a feed, reactions, comments, and training partner connections. When using these features, you agree to treat other users with respect. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
The App includes AI-powered features such as the AI Coach, Post-Session Insights, and Notebook Scanner. These features provide general training suggestions and analysis only. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional instruction, medical advice, or coaching from a qualified instructor. You use AI features at your own discretion and risk.
The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Super Core Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Train BJJ" and the Train BJJ logo are trademarks of Super Core Solutions LLC.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Training data, analytics, and AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified instructor or medical professional before making changes to your training regimen.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super Core Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile > Settings > Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
